Return Eligibility
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- You received a wrong item
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original packaging
- All tags and labels must be intact
- Unboxing video is mandatory for verification
Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be processed within 7 working days after approval
Return Pickup
- Pickup will be arranged within 4–7 working days
Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed within 10–14 working days after product verification
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method (bank, credit card, debit card)
Important Notes
- Returns are accepted only for eligible cases
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible
- Slight color variations are not considered defects
